I've included some more close up shots for sculpting reference again, this time of his muzzle and tail. He is definitely teething. There are little nubs now on his top and bottom gums. He rubs his muzzle on everything, often with his tongue sticking out the side of his mouth. Sorry about the dirt caked on his nose. I laid him down later and gently cleaned that off. It will probably be dirty again tomorrow, but I tried!
