I'm glad to hear that Amanda. :) Can you post a link to the public part of your blog? I don't remember seeing it. Your link tried to take me to your admin area. ;)

Nothing about SNR. But I started to do my own Thankful Thursdays on my little blog. You have been a very inspirational person to me and wanted to thank you for that.

Yes, I am excited about it. The timing was very good, as Guru Dev Singh is coming to town in a couple of weeks for a course. I've started to go to the local weekly practice sessions. I tried putting these on my calendar all last year. I just never went! I guess that I was developing toward it in some way, even when I didn't show up.

The other day, I was feeling very stressed and smiled, remembering a technique of equalizing attention to everything equally. And the stress evaporated. My smile got broader and I laughed. :D

Are you familiar with SNR, aside from my mentions of it?

Oh very cool, SImrat. Happy that you are exploring the Sat Nam Rasayn and writing about it.
And this Thankful Thursday is wonderful too.

Sat Nam Rasayn is a healing technique, based in working from the meditative, sensitive space. It's about Attention and Intention. And I'm just barely starting to scratch the surface. :) But what developments I've had in my own consciousness in the last years, has incorporated these concepts. Through this practice, the healer is healed as well. It the same as the idea that to work with your horse, you have to work on yourself too...
