Me too! I’ve been there and back a few times. Paisano is a good guy and pretty willing, so the lack of respect is not glaringly obvious with him. I realized that I had just let him get lazy and that was making ME work too hard. Your post showed me that. Thanks.

Agreed on three points:
1. Rewards without treats
2. Jaquima is a great bitless bridle
3. “STOP” means where ever the horse is right now…;)
Your consequent handling is the key for a content horse!
